The Glentauchers 13-year-old single malt is a release from the Distillery Reserve Collection. These single-cask bottlings were exclusively available at Chivas Brothers distilleries.

Distilled on December 19, 2006, it was bottled at cask strength from a single first-fill Butt cask, #117611, on August 10, 2020. It is one of only 876 individually numbered bottles produced and comes in a 50cl bottle.

Glentauchers

Glentauchers Distillery, located in Speyside near Keith, is primarily known for its contribution to blended whiskies, with few single malt bottlings available. Established in 1898 by James Buchanan & Co., the distillery faced challenges during the 1980s and was mothballed in 1985. It was acquired by Allied Distillers in 1989, which later became part of Chivas Brothers in 2005. Glentauchers resumed production in 1992 and released a 15-year-old single malt under the Ballantine's brand in 2017. The distillery has undergone extensive renovations over the years, including new stills and modernizations, and is now operated by Chivas Brothers under Pernod Ricard.
