Glenfarclas

Glenfarclas Distillery stands proudly in the heart of Speyside, Scotland, at the foot of the majestic Ben Rinnes. Known primarily for its almost exclusive use of Sherry casks, Glenfarclas is a distillery steeped in tradition and history, dating back to 1836. This venerable distillery is one of the few remaining independent family-owned Scotch whisky producers, with the Grant family at the helm since 1865.

Glenfarclas is celebrated for its unwavering commitment to quality and its distinctive sherry-matured single malts. The distillery boasts six traditional pot stills, the largest on Speyside, and a production capacity of around 4 million litres of spirit per year. The whisky is matured in dunnage warehouses, with stock from every year since 1953, ensuring a rich and diverse range of expressions.

Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or a curious newcomer, Glenfarclas offers a captivating journey through the art of whisky-making. From the moment you step into the distillery, you'll be enveloped by the aroma of aged whisky and the warmth of Scottish hospitality. Explore the heritage, taste the exceptional spirits, and discover why Glenfarclas is cherished by whisky lovers worldwide.
