Processing Your Order and Payment

After the auction concludes, we will reach out via email to confirm your purchase. You will be prompted to finalise your payment through the provided payment link or by logging into your member account. During this process, you can choose your preferred delivery or collection option and proceed to secure checkout.

Please ensure prompt checkout once the auction concludes, as late payment fees will be imposed 72 hours post-auction at a rate of 5% of the item's value.

Please also note - Whisky Auction House are not obligated to pay the seller until the buyer has paid in full.

We accept payments via BACS/Bank Transfers, and all Visa & Mastercard debit and credit cards are welcome.

A card transaction fee of 3.5% of the transaction amount is applicable for buyers and sellers outside the UK. This fee must be paid by non-UK buyers and sellers at the time of the transaction.

BUYER NON-PAYMENT

By placing a bid on www.whiskyauctionhouse.com, you agree to complete the purchase if you are the highest bidder when the auction ends.

Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction end.

Failure to pay within this timeframe constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:

• Immediate cancelation of the sale.
• Forfeiture of any buyer premiums or fees already paid.
• Permanent suspension or termination of your account.

In the event of non-payment, Whisky Auction House Ltd reserves the right to:

• Relist the item in a future auction.
• Pursue the buyer for the full amount owed via legal channels, including debt recovery or small claims proceedings.

Whisky Auction House Ltd may also report non-paying users to relevant industry and auction networks.
