Description

First introduced in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker, grandson of Johnnie Walker, Swing was designed for the golden age of ocean travel - its distinctive curved base allows the bottle to gently rock back and forth, hence the name. This elegant blend combines over 35 malt and grain whiskies, including components from Speyside, Highlands, and Islay, resulting in a smooth, layered dram with global appeal. The whisky itself is rich and mellow, with a golden hue and a complex nose of vanilla, sherry wood, and subtle smoke. On the palate, it’s silky and sweet, with fruit and spice notes cloaked in a light freshness. The finish is long and resonant, echoing the blend’s refined character.

A collectible piece of Johnnie Walker history, Swing remains a favourite among aficionados for its unique presentation and timeless flavour profile.

Johnnie Walker

Johnnie Walker was founded by John Walker in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland, in 1820. Initially, it started as a grocery store, but John Walker's blending skills led to the creation of this iconic whisky brand.

Johnnie Walker is known for its blended Scotch whiskies, which combine malt and grain whiskies from different distilleries to create a consistent flavor profile. Some of which include Glenkinchie, Cardhu, Caol Ila, and Auchentoshan.
